Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Hirvyn. By creating an account you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.

Hirvyn is operated from India. If something here conflicts with a right you have under Indian law, the law wins.

Hirvyn helps you write job postings, parse and rank resumes, screen and schedule candidates, and report on your hiring funnel. Some of that is done by AI models.

We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something you rely on, or change plan limits in a way that affects you, we will tell account holders by email first.

The AI ranks, explains, summarises and flags. It does not decide. It never rejects a candidate, sends a message on its own, or takes an action you did not ask for. Every rejection, offer and message is sent by a person who chose to send it.

AI output can be wrong. Scores, extracted details, screening summaries and bias flags are all suggestions to be reviewed, not findings to be relied on. You are responsible for the hiring decisions you make, and you should not make one solely on the basis of something this product produced.

In particular, a bias flag is a prompt to look again. Its absence is not a legal opinion that a job posting complies with anything.

Keep your password to yourself and your account details accurate. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything teammates you invite do. Tell us at priyanshu@hirvyn.com if you think someone else has access.

One person, one account. Do not share a single login across a team — invite them, so the audit log stays truthful about who did what.

You decide whose resumes go into Hirvyn and why. That makes your organisation the Data Fiduciary for that data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, and you confirm you have a lawful basis for holding it and for processing it here.

You also agree to handle requests from candidates about their own data. The product gives you export and erase on every candidate profile so you can act on those requests without waiting for us. How we handle data on your behalf is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Do not upload data you were not permitted to collect.

You agree not to:

• use Hirvyn to discriminate unlawfully in hiring
• upload malware, or content you have no right to upload
• attempt to reach another organisation's data, or probe for a way to
• resell or white-label the service without a written agreement
• use it to send unsolicited bulk messages to candidates
• circumvent plan limits, or automate the product in a way that degrades it for others

We may suspend an account that does these things. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

The Free plan is free and has no time limit. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay; we never see or store your card details.

A paid plan runs for the period you bought. You can move back to Free at any time and keep the paid features until that period ends — we do not pro-rate a partial month.

If a plan does not do what this site said it does, email priyanshu@hirvyn.com within 14 days of paying and we will refund it. We would rather give the money back than argue about it.

Prices can change, but never for a period you have already paid for.

You own everything you put into Hirvyn. We claim no rights over your job postings, candidate records or anything else in your workspace, and we do not use them to train any AI model.

We own the software itself. Nothing here transfers it to you.

If you close your account, export what you need first. We remove workspace data on closure and cannot recover it afterwards.

We aim to keep Hirvyn running and will not pretend to a guarantee we cannot yet back. There is no uptime commitment on any plan today; if we introduce one, it will be written down rather than implied.

The service depends on providers listed in the Privacy Policy. An outage at one of them can affect Hirvyn, and some maintenance requires brief downtime.

You can stop using Hirvyn and close your account whenever you like.

We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or where we are required to. If we close a paid account for a reason that is not your breach, we refund the unused part of the period.

Hirvyn is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data beyond our control.

Where we are liable, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
